Refund Policy

You can initiate our reimbursements by sending me a message on the platform you gave me in the payment information, or you can send me an email at admin@thefutassist.com if I haven’t messaged you yet. I will then review your refund and determine how far along we are in completing your order, and I will adjust your refund appropriately (see below for additional details).

Please keep in mind that I am in United Kingdom, thus my time zone will effect how soon I respond to any messages or emails you submit asking for a refund. However, if you have any orders, questions, or refund requests, I try to respond within an hour. To avoid having to refund to other ranks, please make sure you are content with the rank you have chosen before making payment.

We will give you a complete refund up to the level we have attained if you seek a refund before we have reached your desired level. You will receive a refund for the cost of Rank 2 less Rank 4 if, for instance, you paid for Rank 2 Finals and then requested a refund when we were at Rank 4. We won’t give you a refund if you ask for one after we’ve already reached your target rank because you’ll already have your prizes and we’ve already finished. We’ll give you a complete refund if you ask for one before we begin playing.
